I am hoping to do beginners to refresh in may when i return from hols.
I see you play at Clayfield 10am until 12md-is there any play folllowing to practise as I will be travelling a fair way so eve is out for me.I rely on public transport so the venue that is closest to train stop would be good.

I would like to undertake the Beginers lessons at Brisbane Polo Club on Thursday nights from 6-8pm from Feb 11th. I dont have a partner. Can I come then & what are the costs?

I’m hoping to get back into Bridge in 2010. I’ve kept up my subscription to Bridge Online, and try to practice when I can, but I’m keen to return for Refresher lessons and then try to attend Supervised Practice. Hi Janine
6 lessons (the beginners course) costs $100, or approx $17 per lesson. My book is $25 (you buy for $20).
Play costs after that are $10 a session, if you choose to keep going. The Wednesday nights are a continuing session, where you play any time you want after your lessons. There will be players of intermediate standard there, but you would stay with the beginners group until you were ready to join them. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed.
You are able to play all the hands from my beginners book online for free too while you are doing the course. That’s included in the course fee, and is a great way to reinforce the lessons.
You don’t have to come with a partner, but if you do have someone who wants to learn with you, it sometimes works better.
