Mastering the techniques of card play will help you become a better player, and Joan carefully covers each in this course.

Lesson 1 - Counting Hands
Wednesday, 6 March: 7:30-8:30pm AEDT

No bridge player will ever 'get there' without knowing how important suits are divided in the opponents hands. This lesson will show you how to count them out.

Lesson 2 - Safety Plays
Wednesday, 13 March: 7:30-8:30pm AEDT

Safety plays help you make contracts even when suits break badly. The way you play the cards can save lots of contracts.

Lesson 3 - More Entries
Wednesday, 20 March: 7:30-8:30pm AEDT

The never ending importance of entries shows up in every hand. Crossing from one hand to the other takes a lot of planning.

Lesson 4 - End Plays
Wednesday, 27 March: 7:30-8:30pm AEDT

Learn this wonderful way of playing so that you put your opponents in a position where they can't help themselves and indeed they help you to make an impossible Contract.
