Pricing

• Pricing for recurring payments may be changed at any time and will come into effect twenty-eight (28) days after the date of notice of pricing changes from Joan Butts Bridge.
• When recurring payment pricing changes take effect, Joan Butts Bridge will alter your recurring payment arrangements accordingly.

Payment 

• Payments to purchase Joan Butts Bridge products and services are processed online via Stripe, a secure credit card payment system. 
• All recurring payments will be deducted on the date and frequency scheduled, as agreed by you when entering your payment information. 
• You may update your payment details at any time through your account settings. Instructions and support on how to do this are available on the Website’s Frequently Asked Questions. 
• Services provided by Joan Butts Bridge are not transferrable at any time for any reason. 
• You agree not to rent, lease, assign, transfer, loan or otherwise distribute any service or product you purchase from Joan Butts Bridge. 

Cancellations 

• You may cancel recurring payments at any time through your account settings. Instructions and support on how to do this are available on the Website’s Frequently Asked Questions. 
• If you cancel your Membership, you can access the content and functions associated with your Membership for the remainder of the billing period. 

• Joan Butts Bridge may suspend, limit or cancel your access to the products and services at any time without notice if:
  1. You fail to make the relevant payments required for the service or product being purchased and fail to remedy that within ten (10) business days after the date of a notice from us specifying the overdue amount;
  2. The access or use of a product or service by yourself or another user with access to the product or service becomes unlawful or breaches our Terms.
• Where cancellation by us is due to your breach of our Terms or unlawful usage, Joan Butts Bridge has no obligation to provide any refund or notice.
• Reasonable notice relating to a cancelled Membership will be given where possible. 

Refunds

• We are under no obligation to provide a refund if you:
  • Change your mind about your Membership;
  • Cannot access the website due to your personal circumstances or technology.
• If there is a problem with a product or service, Joan Butts Bridge will endeavour to repair, replace, cancel or refund as required by law.

Free Trial

• To obtain a free trial from Joan Butts Bridge, you must create an account to access the content. 
• You are not required to make any payments for a Free Trial. 
• Each free trial is for a set number of days described when purchasing the product or services, and access to the free trial content will discontinue after this time.
